How to get help if you are stuck.

Back to Help Centre

We are here to help

If you are having trouble with KirkRegister, we want to make it right. Start with our help guides — many common questions are answered in the Help Centre.

Email support

Email us at support@kirkregister.scot. Please include:

  1. Your name and church name (e.g. St Andrew's Demo Church).
  2. A clear description of the problem.
  3. What you were trying to do when the problem occurred.
  4. The device and browser you are using (e.g. iPad, Safari).

Tip: Please do not include real member or donation details in support emails. Use demo examples or describe the issue in general terms.

Ask your church administrator

Many questions about access, roles and permissions are best answered by your church administrator or session clerk. They can check your account, reset your role, or invite you to the correct church.

Support tickets

A support ticket system for logged-in users is coming soon. For now, please use email support.

Emergency safeguarding concerns

KirkRegister is not an emergency service. If someone is at immediate risk, contact the police on 999 or your local safeguarding authority. For safeguarding process questions within your church, contact your safeguarding officer.
