By accessing or using KirkRegister (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a church or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
KirkRegister is a cloud-based church management platform that enables congregations to manage membership records, donations, rotas, events, safeguarding records, and communications.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to features included in their selected plan. No payment information is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you may subscribe to continue using the Service.
You retain full ownership of all data entered into the Service. KirkRegister does not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. Upon cancellation, you may export your data within 30 days.
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for full details. As a data processor, we will enter into a Data Processing Agreement with your organisation upon request.
You agree not to:
We aim for 99.9% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KirkRegister's total liability under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement by cancelling the subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
